Ask Launchglass
Ask where things stand. Get the answer, not a report.
Ask in plain English and Launchglass reads the boards, the cards, the votes & the outstanding work to answer from live data — linking to the cards it used, and showing only what you’re allowed to see.
The problem
The answer is in the data. Getting it out takes a day.
Status takes a day to assemble.
Leadership asks where things stand, and somebody walks the floor to find out.
Reports answer last month’s question.
By the time a dashboard is built, the question has moved on.
Finding it means knowing where to look.
The answer is spread across boards, fields & comments, and only one or two people know where.
The solution
Your process, answerable in a sentence.
Ask about anything on your boards
“Which launches are behind on tooling?” “What are we waiting on for the Q3 range?” “What do I owe this week?”
Answers you can check
Every answer links to the cards it came from, so checking it takes one click.
Only what you’re allowed to see
It reads with the permissions of whoever is asking, down to the field.
Suggests changes, you confirm
Ask it to update a field and it shows the change — old value, new value — for you to confirm before anything is written.
Private by default
Each person’s conversations are their own.
Questions
Common questions.
What can I ask Launchglass?
Anything the boards can answer: where a launch stands, which projects are late, what a card is waiting on & who owes it, how a vote went, or what you owe this week. It reads live data, so the answer is current when you ask.
Can it see information I can’t?
No. It answers with the permissions of the person asking, so a field hidden from you is hidden from it too.
Can it change our data?
It can propose a change to a field, shown as the old value and the new one. Nothing is written until you confirm it.
